FOR KIDS AGED 4-6 YEARS OLD     INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION

COERVER® COACHING FIRST SOCCER SKILLS:

  • First Soccer Skills is Coerver® Coaching’s market-leading proposition to parents of beginner players, ages 4-6. First Soccer Skills is more educational, more effective, and more fun than any other introductory soccer skills program.
  • First Soccer Skills builds the essential foundations young players need before they step into organized, competitive team play.
  • The Coerver® Foundation Pyramid has 4 components:
    • Skills (Basic Ball Mastery, and simple 1v1 Moves)
    • Speed (particularly mental reaction speed)
    • Shooting (kicking technique)
    • Small-sided games (2v2/3v3)
  • First Soccer Skills’ mission is:
    • To help children develop self-confidence and a love of football
    • To develop important foundation skills with a focus on ball mastery, striking/shooting, and how to play in small-sided games
    • To develop listening skills, extended concentration, speedy reactions, as well as core social skills of communication and cooperation
    • To learn the basics of healthy eating
    • TO HAVE FUN !

Coerver® Coaching Montreal Performance Center

  • The Coerver® Coaching Performance Center is a technical development program for young soccer players. It is presented by Coerver® Coaching Montreal and based on “The World’s # 1 soccer skills teaching method”,” and its international partner Adidas®.
  • The network of Coerver® Coaching Performance Centers operate around the world in order to maximize the development of each player. This is achieved by providing each player with professional supervision, technical programs suitable for all ages and excellent facilities and amenities.
  • Our goal is to develop confident and creative players while teaching basic social skills such as sportsmanship and respect, plus a good attitude to practice and play. The Performance Center is a progressive series of lessons on ball skills, receiving and passing, skills in 1v1 attack, speed (including reaction and decision speed), the game and finish group play . All this results in improved ball control skills in 1v1 play, creativity, game speed and overall a good knowledge of the game.
  • Players will be grouped into three different levels: development, advanced and elite. The level of each child is evaluated by a Coerver® coach at the start of each program.
    • Development: This level is open to competitive players as well as players who aspire to become more competitive players.
    • Advanced: when it becomes available, this level will be open for players who have followed the Coerver programs in the past and are recommended for advanced by Coerver coach.
    • Elite:  will be available once players who have followed the advanced Coerver level for at least a year are recommended by a Coerver® coach to be promoted to the Elite level. 

 

 

COERVER® COACHING MONTREAL SUMMER CAMP         

Soccer-focused days camp for boys and girls. The Coerver® Coaching Montreal Summer Camp 2017 is a technical development program for young players aged 5 to 12 years old. This program is presented by Coerver® Coaching Montreal and is based on “The World’s # 1 soccer skills teaching method”,” and its international partner Adidas®. The Coerver® Coaching Montreal Summer Camp 2017 benefits from first-class facilities at the Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf (including a regulation size 11v11 turf field, gymnasiums (in case of rain ou heat) and a cafeteria service).

Program:

The Coerver® Coaching Montreal Summer Camp 2017 is structure as a one-week program (5 days, Monday to Friday).

  • For children aged 5-6 years old:
    • The program offers to young players approximately 3 hours per day of soccer teaching and training in the form of workshops, games, challenges and competitions aimed at developing the abilities and knowledge required to become competent, creative and confident players.
    • In addition to the soccer training, the program also includes varied sports activities and games to develop young players’ motor and coordination skills that will enable them to learn new sports more easily.
  • For children aged 7 to 12 years old:
    • The program offers to young players approximately 3 hours per day of soccer teaching and training in the form of workshops, games, challenges and competitions aimed at developing the abilities and knowledge required to become competent, creative and confident players.
    • In addition to the soccer training, the program also includes varied activities and games to develop young players’ knowledge around the history, the rules and the culture of soccer.

Day-care Service:

A day-care service is offered to parents as an optional service. The day-care schedule is from 8:00am to 9:00am and from 4:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday during the camp week. The Coerver® Coaching Montreal staff will provide the supervision and animation during the day-care schedule.

Lunch – Cafeteria

Coerver® Coaching Montreal offers to parents as an optional service the cafeteria lunch service, from Monday to Friday durant the camp week. The meals generally comprise an entree (soup or salad), a warm main course, vegetables, bread, a dessert and a beverage and are offered by Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf’s cafeteria services.

Please note that neither Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf’s cafeteria services nor Coerver® Coaching Montreal guarantee that the the food served by the cafeteria services will be exempt from allergens including, without limitation: peanuts or other nuts, gluten, milk or lactose products, mustard, eggs, fish or see food or any other allergen.

5-6 years old:
   8:00am to 9:00am : Day-care service (optional)
   9:00am to 12:00pm : Soccer activities
   12:00pm to 1:30pm : Lunch and low-intensity activities
   1:30pm to 2:30pm : Soccer activities
   2:30pm to 4:00pm : Varied sports activités and games
   4:00pm to 6:00pm : Day-care service (optional)

Groupe 7-12 ans :
   8:00am to 9:00am : Day-care service (optional)
   9:00am to 12:00pm : Soccer activities
   12:00pm to 1:30pm : Lunch and low-intensity activities
   1:30pm to 4:00pm : Soccer activities
   4:00pm to 6:00pm : Day-care service (optional)
